Refund Policy
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount. minus Rs.200 reverse shipment fee for returns.
To initiate return for any item please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Delize account or go to the following link; https://delize-online-store.myshopify.com/apps/ecoreturns
- Click on Account > My Account (on desktop website). For mobile website click on Settings (bottom of the screen) > My Account
- Under Order history click on RETURN and follow the ongoing steps to complete the process
- Customers will be charged 200 for reverse shipment for all returns Rs. 200 will be deducted at the time of refund
- If the customer receives a wrong or damaged product no reverse shipment will be charged.
- The amount is refunded after the product reaches back our warehouse. It usually takes up to 5-6 business days for the money to reflect in the account/original payment method.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@delize.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
