Here at Delize we are committed to shipping your orders correctly, in good condition and in time. So we use a large network of couriers to ensure smooth delivery of products to you.
- We are currently shipping our products only in India
- We deliver on all weekdays (Monday – Saturday) excluding public holidays
- We generally dispatch from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of order receipt and the order should reach you within 7 – 14 business days.
- We offer free shipping on all orders
- Please review and ensure you have entered correct address. We are not responsible for any non-delivery due to errors in address that you provide.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@delize.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
